KAMIMANTA

In Quechua language it means “people of Kami”. Kami is a mining center perched at 4000 meters in the heart of Bolivia. Filmed in 2001, this film tells stories of indigenous miners and peasants struggling to survive. It is the story of a man who for years, driven by a pinch of madness, works stubbornly to transform a dream into reality.
